We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Simply contact us within 10 days of delivery for a Return Authorization and ship your piece back within 15 days of delivery in its original unworn condition, certificate, and luxury velvet box.

Returns after 15 days are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from delivery. Custom/bespoke fine jewelry pieces, engraved rings, and full eternity bands made to specific finger sizes cannot be returned unless defective.
