Are MOV Diamond & Jewelry pieces made of solid 14K and 18K gold?
Yes — 100% of our fine jewelry pieces are individually cast in solid 14K (585) or solid 18K (750) rose, white, or yellow gold. We never use gold-plated, vermeil, or hollow metals.
Are your diamonds and colored gemstones natural and conflict-free?
Every natural diamond, sapphire, emerald, ruby, and tourmaline we set is ethically sourced in strict compliance with the Kimberley Process and accompanied by MOV gemological certification (with GIA / HRD certificates on qualifying center stones).
How long does crafting and worldwide shipping take?
Because each ring, necklace, and bracelet is handcrafted to order in our Istanbul Nuruosmaniye Atelier, please allow 5–10 business days for crafting, followed by complimentary insured express delivery (1–2 days UK, 1–3 days EU, 2–5 days US/Canada). Rush proposal deadlines can be accommodated upon request.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
Every MOV ring (excluding full eternity micro-pavé bands) includes 1× complimentary resizing! You can also consult our International Ring Size Guide or message our gemologists before ordering.
How do international returns work?
We offer 15-day returns on unworn standard pieces in original packaging. For your convenience, we operate local return hubs in the United States, United Kingdom (Brighton), Germany, and Turkey.
Can I customize a ring or request a stone video before buying?
Absolutely! Many of our pieces include HD Sparkle Films directly on their product pages, and you can tap "Ask Gemologist on WhatsApp" on any piece or use our 4-Step Bespoke Custom Ring Wizard.
