This Distance Selling & Custom Fine Jewelry Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into electronically between:

2. Subject Matter & Handcrafted Specifications
The subject of this Agreement covers the handcrafted production, sale, and insured delivery of solid 14K (585) or 18K (750) Rose, White, or Yellow Gold fine jewelry set with natural diamonds and/or precious gemstones whose SKU, gold purity, gold tone, ring size, gemstone specifications, and total purchase price are confirmed at checkout prior to payment.
Because each jewelry piece is individually set and finished by hand in our Nuruosmaniye atelier, minor natural variations in gemstone Matrix/hue and nominal carat or gram tolerances (±0.03 ct / ±0.20 g) inherent to artisanal fine jewelry manufacturing are normal and reflect authentic natural origin.
3. Pricing, Payment & International Duties
- All prices displayed on movdiamond.com are quoted in the selected storefront currency (default EUR €, with optional USD $ and GBP £ display) and include luxury presentation packaging, atelier certificate of authenticity, and complimentary insured express shipping.
- Payments are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 encrypted Stripe Checkout (3D Secure Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), verified International Bank Wire (IBAN / SWIFT), or official Gemologist Concierge Invoice. MOV Diamond & Jewelry never stores raw payment card numbers on its servers.
- For deliveries outside the dispatch jurisdiction, local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees—if assessed by the destination country’s customs authority—are the responsibility of the recipient unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Crafting Lead Time & Insured Worldwide Delivery
- Made-to-Order Atelier Crafting: Standard catalog pieces are handcrafted to your selected gold purity, gold color, and ring size within 5–10 business days. Bespoke 3D CAD fine jewelry pieces typically ship within 10–15 business days following CAD approval.
- Complimentary Insured Express Shipping: Every shipment is dispatched via DHL Express, FedEx Priority, UPS Express, or Brinks Insured Courier with 100% transit insurance coverage until signed delivery at the Buyer’s address.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer only upon physical delivery and signature confirmation at the designated shipping address.
5. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Bespoke Exclusions
- Standard Fine Jewelry: In accordance with UK & EU Consumer Contracts Regulations, the Buyer may exercise the right to return eligible unworn, unaltered catalog jewelry in its original tamper-sealed condition, accompanied by all certificates and packaging, within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@movdiamond.com for an insured return authorization.
- Bespoke & Personalized Exclusions: Pursuant to international distance selling exemptions for custom-manufactured goods, pieces created from a custom 3D CAD commission, personalized laser engravings, custom stone modifications, or special non-standard ring sizes crafted specifically to the Buyer’s individual specifications are non-refundable once production has commenced, while remaining eligible for atelier resizing and lifetime care.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after gemological inspection at our atelier.
6. Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty & Authenticity
Every MOV Diamond & Jewelry piece is guaranteed to be crafted in authentic solid 14K or 18K gold and set with genuine conflict-free natural diamonds (Kimberley Process compliant) and natural gemstones as specified. We provide a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty against structural craftsmanship defects, complimentary professional ultrasonic cleaning, prong inspection, and one complimentary ring resizing within the first 60 days (excluding shipping/customs costs).
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve every collector inquiry swiftly and amicably through our London & Istanbul Concierge (info@movdiamond.com). This Agreement is governed by applicable UK and international consumer protection laws without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in the Buyer’s country of habitual residence.
